University of Basrah Receives Pupils of Al-Khamael Primary School
The Natural History Museum at the University of Basrah received pupils from Al-Khamael Primary School during a scientific and educational visit aimed at developing their scientific knowledge and fostering a spirit of exploration.
The visit sought to introduce the pupils to the world of living organisms, highlight the importance of biodiversity, and enhance environmental awareness through direct exposure to the museum’s exhibits.
The pupils toured the various halls of the museum, where they viewed taxidermied animals, skeletal models, and representations of natural environments. They demonstrated notable interaction and curiosity through their questions and observations, in an atmosphere filled with joy and wonder.
This visit forms part of the University of Basrah’s efforts to support the educational process and to instill scientific concepts among students at the early stages of schooling.
