Selection of a University of Basrah Faculty Member as a Scientific Reviewer in an International Journal
Dr. Ammar Yasser Jassim, a faculty member at the Marine Science Center, University of Basrah, has been selected as a scientific reviewer for the international journal Journal of Polymers and the Environment.
Dr. Jassim explained that the Journal of Polymers and the Environment specializes in research on polymers under natural environmental conditions, as well as polymers derived from natural sources. The journal is indexed in Clarivate and Scopus databases, ranked in the first quartile (Q1), and has an impact factor of 5.3. It is published by the international publishing house Springer Nature in the United States.
