University of Basrah Hosts the Head of Faculty from the International Pediatric Life Support Department at the University of Adelaide, Australia
The College of Medicine at the University of Basrah received Dr. Abdul-Razzaq Issa, Head of Faculty in the International Pediatric Life Support Department at the University of Adelaide in Australia. During the visit, a scientific meeting was held to discuss pediatric resuscitation courses for medical students and postgraduate students, in line with internationally recognized standards in this field.
The visit also included a tour of the college’s Clinical Skills Laboratory, during which the available facilities were reviewed and some training mannequins were repaired, contributing to enhancing practical training and improving the competencies of graduates.
