University of Basrah Organizes a Workshop on the Management of Fractures
The College of Nursing at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on the management of various types of fractures, with the participation of a number of faculty members and students.
The workshop, delivered by Dr. Mohammed Redha Akbar, a faculty member at the college, addressed the definition and classification of fractures, as well as the most recent methods used in their diagnosis and treatment. It also highlighted the role of nursing staff in providing appropriate care for patients with fractures.
The workshop emphasized the importance of prompt nursing intervention in reducing complications and enhancing recovery outcomes, stressing the need to further develop nursing skills in the management of critical cases.
