University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Mechanisms for Advancing Global University Rankings
The International University Rankings Division at the University of Basrah organized a workshop titled “Required Work Mechanisms within the Framework of Global Ranking Requirements,” attended by the Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs and the liaison officers from colleges and research centers.
The workshop included a series of introductory lectures delivered by the Head of the Rankings Division alongside the Chair of the University Rankings Committee, during which they reviewed the most prominent international ranking systems and the criteria adopted by each.
Members of the committee also provided a detailed explanation of fieldwork mechanisms and the requirements necessary to enhance the university’s indicators and elevate its standing in global rankings.
