University of Basrah Organizes a Scientific Seminar on the Occasion of World Arabic Language Day
The College of Education in Qurna at the University of Basrah organized a scientific seminar in celebration of World Arabic Language Day, attended by a distinguished group of faculty members, researchers, and students.
The seminar aimed to highlight the global status of the Arabic language, shed light on contemporary linguistic and literary issues, and promote interest in rigorous critical studies.
The seminar featured a series of academic lectures delivered by faculty members of the college, during which they presented research papers addressing the global dimension of the Arabic language, grammatical issues in the linguistic heritage, the foundations of scholarly editing, and representations of identity in contemporary narrative discourse. The seminar also included in-depth academic discussions that enriched the themes under consideration.
