University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Teaching and Learning for the Educational Specialization
The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a lecture within the first unit entitled “Teaching and Learning” for the educational specialization, as part of the Sixth Teaching Methods Course.
The lecture aimed to introduce trainees to the fundamentals of teaching and learning, the distinction between the two concepts, the five components of education, and the elements and components of the educational process.
The lecture, delivered by Lecturer Nuaim Awda Menkhi, reviewed the concepts of teaching and learning and clarified the differences between them through illustrative examples drawn from practical reality to enhance the quality of education. It also included individual activities, direct questions, and assigned tasks to be submitted at a later stage.
