Master’s Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines the Mediating Role of Organizational Wisdom
A master’s thesis at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah, examined the impact of strategic foresight and strategic intelligence on achieving strategic flexibility, with a particular focus on the mediating role of organizational wisdom.
The thesis, submitted by the student Zainab Hussein Ghali, aimed to identify the nature of the relationship among these variables and to measure their effect on enhancing organizations’ ability to adapt to environmental changes.
The study concluded that integrating strategic foresight and strategic intelligence within a unified, complementary framework positions organizational wisdom as a higher-level knowledge platform that reorients strategic capabilities and contributes to strengthening strategic flexibility in a compounded manner.
