Master's Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines Job Commitment and the Relationship Between Leadership and Work Behaviors
A master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah, examined the role of job commitment as a moderating variable in the relationship between conscious leadership and proactive work behaviors.
The thesis, submitted by student Firaq Mohsen Jabbar, aimed to test the impact of conscious leadership on promoting proactive work behaviors and to reveal the nature of the moderating role of job commitment in this relationship.
The study included testing the relationships between the main variables and their dimensions within the Dhi Qar Education Directorate. The thesis concluded that there is a positive and significant impact of conscious leadership on proactive work behaviors, with a clear moderating role for job commitment in strengthening this relationship.
