University of Basrah Launches Campaign to Celebrate National Quran Day
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah launched an awareness campaign to commemorate National Quran Day. The campaign involved distributing informational posters throughout the university's various halls and facilities.
The campaign aimed to highlight the importance of the Holy Quran as the source of Muslim identity and a way of life, as well as to reinforce the religious and humanitarian values it promotes.
Dr. Mustafa Abdul-Ridha Kadhim, Director of the Center, emphasized that commemorating this occasion stems from the university's academic and ethical responsibility to disseminate the culture of the Holy Quran and strengthen its core values among students and staff, thus contributing to building a conscious society committed to its religious and national principles.
