University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Artificial Intelligence in the Oil Sector
The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on the use of artificial intelligence in the oil and gas sector to support modern scientific and technological activities in the petroleum field.
The workshop aimed to introduce the applications of artificial intelligence in the oil industry and its role in developing exploration and production processes, improving performance efficiency, and enhancing decision-making.
The workshop included a lecture presented by faculty member Rawan Saleh Ismail, who highlighted the most prominent modern technologies in this field, such as big data analysis, intelligent modeling, and predicting technical problems before they occur, which contributes to improving the quality of work in oil and gas projects.
