Master's Thesis at the University of Basrah Investigates the Effect of Organic Stimulants on Olive Seedlings
A master's thesis at the College of Agriculture, University of Basrah, entitled "The Effect of Organic Fertilizer and Ascorbic and Salicylic Acids on Growth Indicators and Chemical and Anatomical Characteristics of Olive Seedling Leaves," investigated the effects of soil application of organic fertilizer and spraying with the organic acids salicylic and ascorbic, as well as the interaction between them, on the characteristics of olive seedling leaves.
The study included a factorial experiment with two agents: soil application of organic fertilizer and spraying with organic acids. The aim was to determine their effects on vegetative growth characteristics, chemical and anatomical changes in the leaves, and their content of active compounds.
