College of Agriculture at the University of Basrah Participates in Global Entrepreneurship Week with its Scientific Achievements
In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the guidance of the University of Basrah's administration, the College of Agriculture participated in Global Entrepreneurship Week from February 8th to 12th, reaffirming its role in promoting a culture of innovation and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and the job market.
The participation included showcasing scientific and applied achievements, encompassing research and innovations in the fields of food production, agricultural industries, fertilizers, and biotechnology. The event was attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Sarmad Ghazi Mohammed Al-Shawi, and saw active participation from faculty and students, reflecting the College's standing as a productive institution contributing to economic development and community service.
