Master’s Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines the Impact of Aggressive Leadership on Employee Behaviors
A master’s thesis at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah investigated the impact of humorous aggressive leadership and job insecurity on employees’ voice and organizational silence behaviors. The study was applied to a sample of staff members from the Basrah Health Directorate.
The thesis, submitted by Abdulrazzaq Salman Abdul Sayyed, aimed to diagnose the effects of leadership patterns and perceived job instability, while also examining the mediating role of job embeddedness and work–life conflict.
The findings revealed that humorous aggressive leadership does not exert a direct influence on voice and silence behaviors. However, job embeddedness was found to contribute to the promotion of positive workplace behaviors.
