University of Basrah Receives a Delegation from UNESCO
The Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah, Dr. Mufeed Turki Rasheed, received a delegation from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in his office, as part of efforts to strengthen academic and scientific cooperation and support higher education and sustainable development programs.
Both parties discussed prospects for collaboration in engineering and scientific fields, supporting research projects, developing educational infrastructure, and building academic capacities in alignment with the global quality standards adopted by UNESCO.
