University of Basrah Holds Lecture on Professional Ethics for Medical Specialization
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a lecture on professional ethics, as part of Unit Six for the medical specialization within the Sixth Teaching Methods course.
The lecture aimed to familiarize trainees with behaviors that violate the ethics of the teaching profession.
Presented by Dr. Mays Basil Jaleel and Dr. Khadija Sami Madi, the session covered the principles and ethics of the teaching profession, rules of professional conduct, the responsibilities of faculty toward students, and the relationship of university instructors with colleagues and staff within the campus.
The lecture emphasized adherence to professional ethics in interactions with students and colleagues and the avoidance of unethical behaviors.
