Master’s Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines the Impact of Entrepreneurial Traits on Entrepreneurial Behavior through Entrepreneurial Inspiration
A Master’s thesis at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah examined the impact of entrepreneurial traits on entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial inspiration as a mediating variable, while the entrepreneurial ecosystem and psychological capital were considered moderating variables.
The thesis, submitted by student Zahraa Fadhil Abdulabbas, aimed to test the direct and indirect effects of entrepreneurial traits through inspiration, as well as to analyze the moderating role of the two variables.
The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach using Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on a sample of 474 participants.
The results revealed a positive direct and indirect effect, along with a statistically significant moderating role.
The study recommended strengthening entrepreneurial traits, developing psychological capital, and supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
