Diploma Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines Strategic Awareness of Problems in Government Institutions
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah conducted a diploma thesis entitled “Strategic Awareness of Problems Facing Some Government Institutions and its Relationship to Ignoring Strategic Risks.”
The research, presented by student Rawaa Mushtaq Talib, aimed to analyze the relationship between the dimensions of strategic awareness (current, future, internal, and external) and the ignoring of strategic risks, and to measure the impact of this on improving the quality of administrative decisions.
The researcher employed a mixed-methods approach, utilizing interviews and data analysis using SPSS and MAXQDA software. The study was conducted in the field with a sample of employees from government institutions.
The results showed a significant relationship between increased strategic awareness and decreased risk ignoring.
