University of Basrah Holds Workshop on the Arabic Language and Its Relationship to Digital Transformation
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the College of Education for Women, organized a workshop entitled “The Arabic Language and Its Relationship to Digital Transformation.”
The workshop aimed to connect the authenticity of the Arabic language with the demands of the technological era, enable participants to understand its role within the digital environment, and clarify its relationship with modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, e-learning, and digital content creation.
The workshop included a lecture delivered by instructor Bayan Ali Abdul Rahim, which addressed the cultural and civilizational significance of the Arabic language and explored the concept of technological transformation.
The workshop concluded with recommendations to integrate modern technologies into Arabic language education and to strengthen investment in scientific research and Arabic content creation in order to enhance its presence in the digital sphere.
