University of Basrah Holds Training Course on Human Resources Management
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a training course entitled "Human Resources Management." The course aimed to develop participants' skills in managing organizational operations and distributing tasks efficiently, and to equip them with the foundations of successful administrative leadership.
The course, presented by Dr. Areej Karim Rahman, included an explanation of the concept of human resources management according to the views of researchers and specialists, and its importance in enhancing organizational performance and achieving its goals. It also reviewed the steps of human resources management, from identifying needs, developing and evaluating future plans, to the stages of recruitment, selection, hiring, job analysis, and various types of incentives.
