University of Basrah Holds Lecture on Scientific Research Methodology for Engineering Disciplines
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture entitled "Scientific Research Methodology for Engineering Disciplines" as part of the eighth and final module of the sixth Teaching Methods course.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Nuha Hadi Jassim and Dr. Ali Latif Tarish, introduced trainees to the fields of scientific research, distinguished between natural and unnatural phenomena, and addressed emotional aspects that are difficult to measure.
It reviewed the steps of the scientific method and research ethics, and emphasized the importance of utilizing modern technologies, information resources, computers, and the internet to enhance the quality of education and contribute to improving global rankings.
