University of Basrah Organizes a Seminar on Family Disintegration and its Societal Impact
The Palm Research Center at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the College of Education for Humanities, organized a seminar entitled "Family Disintegration: Causes and Solutions."
The seminar aimed to shed light on the phenomenon of family disintegration, highlighting its social and psychological causes and explaining its effects on the individual and society. It also presented educational and guidance solutions to mitigate its negative effects and promote family stability.
The seminar, presented by Dr. Muntadhar Abdullah Mughamis, included a presentation on the most important factors leading to family disintegration, a discussion of scientific methods in family guidance and counseling, and an explanation of the role of educational institutions in raising community awareness and building healthy family relationships.
This seminar is part of the Palm Research Center's activities aimed at engaging with the humanities and enhancing its awareness-raising role and community service, alongside its scientific and research activities.
