University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Coexistence and International Security
The College of Science at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on international security and strategies for combating it.
The workshop aimed to introduce the concept of extremism and its types, and to familiarize participants with appropriate methods and strategies for combating it.
The workshop included a lecture presented by Rana Mohammed Nasser, a faculty member at the college, who explained the causes, motives, and effects of extremism on individuals and society, and reviewed indicators of extremism and ways to prevent it.
