University of Basrah Welcomes National Assessment Team
The College of Science at the University of Basrah welcomed the National Assessment Team, headed by the Chairman of the National Accreditation Council for Science Colleges, Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, and his accompanying delegation, to review the program accreditation file for the Department of Mathematics.
The visit included reviewing the program accreditation file for the Department of Mathematics and verifying that the Bachelor's program in Mathematics met the program accreditation standards. This involved reviewing documents related to learning outcomes, study plans, and assessment mechanisms.
The visit concluded with an assessment of the implementation of quality assurance standards, a review of the procedures followed for continuous improvement, and confirmation that the program aligns with labor market demands and the mission of the college and the university.
