University of Basrah Organizes a Seminar on Knowledge Management and its Role in Enhancing Institutional Performance and Innovation
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled “Knowledge Management and its Role in Enhancing Institutional Performance and Innovation.”
The seminar, presented by faculty member Iman Abdul-Imam Najm, aimed to introduce the concept of knowledge management and its fundamental processes, and to explain the mechanisms for its application in organizations in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of institutional performance, supporting innovation, and achieving organizational excellence.
It also addressed the importance of investing in available knowledge within the organization and employing it effectively to enhance a sustainable competitive advantage and improve the level of institutional achievement in a rapidly changing work environment.
