The research included a presentation of quality concepts and the importance of the standard, as well as an analysis of its data and a study of its practical application in the work environment.
The study concluded that there is partial implementation of the standard, with several organizational and procedural gaps.
It recommended addressing these gaps by developing a clear timeline targeting the items with low implementation rates.
