The University of Basrah Organizes a Student Cultural Festival
The Central Library Secretariat at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Association of the Scouts of the Great Messenger, the Guides Commission, and the Female Preachers’ Assembly, organized a student cultural festival.
The festival aimed to promote spiritual and social values and to revive authentic cultural heritage.
The festival included several activities, among them a speech delivered by the Secretary-General, Dr. Ahmed Razzaq Al-Fartousi, and a religious lecture highlighting the significance of the holy month of Ramadan, the Nights of Qadr, and the personality of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), as well as commemorating the anniversary of his martyrdom during this blessed month.
