University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Learning and Teaching in Administrative Specializations
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a scientific lecture entitled “Introduction to Learning and Teaching” as part of the first module of the Seventh Teaching Methods Course for administrative specializations.
The lecture aimed to develop participants’ fundamental knowledge and skills in the fields of learning and teaching, while enhancing their understanding of contemporary educational concepts.
The lecture, delivered by Dr. Manaf Abdul-Kadhim Al-Qattan and lecturer Marwa Mousa Atwan Al-Ma’touq, included a comprehensive overview of the concepts of learning and teaching, their types, and the distinctions between them, in addition to the factors influencing their effectiveness.
It also emphasized the importance of employing modern technologies to advance teaching methods and improve the quality and outcomes of the educational process.
