University of Basrah Holds Lecture on Learning Design for Unit Two of the Engineering Specialization
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture on learning design for Unit Two of the Engineering specialization, as part of the seventh Teaching Methods course.
The lecture, which is part of the seventh Teaching Methods course within the Engineering specialization, aimed to introduce the fundamental requirements for designing a lesson or course.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Audai Basheer Issa, included an introduction to learning design, an explanation of Bloom's Taxonomy and its levels, how to prepare objectives and their sources, an explanation of learning types such as acquisition, discussion, practice, production, and collaboration, the use and application of learning design tools, the use of the learning design website, and various activities.
The lecture recommended the necessity of applying digital tools in blended learning design.
