University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Living with Diabetes
The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah organized a workshop addressing the significant challenges associated with living with Type 1 diabetes.
The workshop aimed to educate healthcare providers and families on effective management strategies. It featured a lecture delivered by faculty member Safaa Kifah Radoud, who highlighted the challenges faced by children with Type 1 diabetes, as well as its psychological impact on families, including common emotional responses such as fear and anxiety.
