University of Basra Holds Lecture on Measurement and Feedback for Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra held a lecture on measurement and feedback for agricultural and veterinary sciences as part of the third module of the seventh Teaching Methods course.
The lecture aimed to develop trainees' abilities in measurement, evaluation, and feedback within the university learning environment and to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills through blended learning.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Rafid Abdul-Jabbar Mohammed, covered the definition of measurement, evaluation, and assessment, as well as the types and functions of evaluation.
It also addressed the concepts of feedback, technology, and evaluation, providing trainees with all the knowledge, tools, and methods related to measurement and feedback. The goal was to enable trainees to choose the appropriate method for verifying feedback in the teaching process in general, and specifically in the teaching of agricultural and veterinary sciences.
