The President of the University of Basrah Receives the National Program Accreditation Evaluation Team

The President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim Al-Asadi, received the delegation of the National Evaluation Team for the programmatic accreditation of Colleges of Education, in the presence of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Dr. Majid Mohammed Jasim.

The meeting included a review of the University’s efforts to adopt the highest quality standards. The University President commended the vital role played by the ministerial delegation in monitoring the implementation of program accreditation standards, emphasizing that these steps represent a fundamental pillar for advancing the educational process and improving the academic environment within college departments.

Dr. Al-Asadi further stressed the University’s commitment to fulfilling the requirements of comprehensive quality assurance, in a manner that strengthens its academic standing and enhances its competitiveness in national and international rankings.

Members of the national team praised the tangible progress witnessed at the University of Basrah, appreciating the collaborative efforts of the University leadership and staff in modernizing the academic environment in line with contemporary program accreditation standards.
