Students from the University of Basrah Launch a Volunteer Campaign to Rehabilitate Campus Gardens
Students from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah launched a wide-scale cleaning and rehabilitation campaign covering the college’s corridors and gardens, in cooperation with the Rahma Student Team.
The campaign included organizing green spaces and pruning large trees in preparation for the summer season. Students focused on shaping certain trees to provide natural shade, creating comfortable resting areas within the university campus.
For her part, Dr. Suzan Abdul Jabbar Abdul Aziz, supervisor of the student team, explained that this initiative is part of a series of regular activities carried out by the team. She emphasized that the campaign reflects the students’ strong sense of responsibility and their commitment to presenting their college in the best possible aesthetic form.
