University of Basrah Holds an Online Seminar on the Historical-Philosophical Vision of the Martyrdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him)
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the College of Education for Women, organized an online seminar entitled “Psychological and Educational Guidance: Reading the Wound of History and Humanity through a Historical-Philosophical Vision of the Martyrdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).”
The seminar aimed to analyze the event from psychological, educational, and philosophical perspectives, highlighting its impact on collective consciousness, and employing it to promote ethical values and develop students’ critical thinking skills.
The seminar, presented by Dr. Rafif Abdulhafidh Al-Riyahi, Dr. Doaa Adnan Ramadan, and Lecturer Alaa Hussein Tuaima, addressed several themes encompassing psychological, educational, philosophical, and social dimensions, contributing to strengthening historical awareness and fostering a balanced personality among students.
