The University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Teaching Methods and Facilitation Strategies for the Engineering Specialization
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a scientific lecture on teaching methods and facilitation strategies as part of the fifth module of the Seventh Teaching Methods Course for the engineering specialization.
The lecture aimed to enable trainees to understand the concept of the flipped classroom and its importance in advancing the educational process, while enhancing their ability to express opinions and apply this strategy effectively within classroom settings.
Delivered by Dr. Noha Hadi Jasim, the lecture addressed facilitation strategies and the role of the teacher as a facilitator, methods for encouraging student interaction, as well as potential challenges and the educational benefits associated with adopting this modern instructional approach.
