Basrah Studies Center Organizes a Lecture on the Encyclopaedia Britannica
The Basrah and Arabian Gulf Studies Center at the University of Basrah organized an introductory lecture on the Encyclopædia Britannica.
The lecture aimed to highlight the importance of this encyclopedia as a significant academic resource encompassing diverse knowledge across historical, political, geographical, economic, and literary fields.
Delivered by poet Saeed Mohammed Hussein Al-Muzaffar, the lecture provided an overview of the encyclopedia’s most prominent content and emphasized its status as a fundamental reference for researchers in the humanities and pure sciences.
