The University of Basrah Organizes a Scientific Visit to Al-Faris Agricultural Company
The College of Agriculture at the University of Basrah organized a scientific field visit for second-, third-, and fourth-year students from the Department of Soil Sciences and Water Resources to Al-Faris Agricultural Company in Basrah Province, with the participation of several department faculty members.
The visit aimed to strengthen the practical aspect of learning and connect theoretical concepts with real-world applications.
During the visit, students toured the company’s facilities and gained insight into operational procedures and modern techniques used in soil treatment and water resource management. The program also included a detailed explanation provided by company specialists.
