The University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Teaching Profession Ethics for the Applied Specialization
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a scientific lecture on the ethics of the teaching profession, as part of the sixth module of the Seventh Teaching Methods Course for the applied specialization.
The lecture aimed to familiarize participants with practices that contradict professional ethics, as well as methods for promoting sound academic conduct.
Delivered by Dr. Hassan Saad Silk, the lecture reviewed the key principles of professional ethics, with a focus on preparing scientific reports on academic conduct and analyzing the required standards for faculty members. It also discussed the importance of adhering to educational values in enhancing the learning environment.
