The University of Basrah Organizes a Scientific Field Trip to the General Commission for Taxes – Basrah Branch
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a scientific field trip to the General Commission for Taxes – Basrah Branch.
The trip aimed to enhance students’ knowledge by providing insight into tax policies and deduction mechanisms, as well as introducing them to the role of the tax system in supporting economic development.
A number of third- and fourth-year students participated in the visit under the supervision of lecturer Yasmin Najm Abdullah Al-Saad.
The visit forms part of the college’s efforts to strengthen the practical dimension of learning and connect theoretical concepts with real-world applications, contributing to the preparation of students with a solid professional understanding in the fields of administration, economics, and public finance.
