Lecture at the University of Basrah Explores Data Analysis and ISO Standards
The Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning at the University of Basrah presented a scientific lecture on quality as part of the seventh unit of the engineering specialization within the "Teaching Methods Towards Blended Learning" course, organized by the Center for Development and Continuing Education.
The lecture aimed to explain the reliance on data analysis and accurate information to guide decision-making, enhance engineering performance efficiency, increase productivity, and promote a culture of continuous performance improvement.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Audai Basheer, covered the principles of quality, a detailed explanation of the ISO system, and quality tools used in performance analysis and work improvement, such as the Pareto Chart, the Deming Cycle, and SWOT analysis.
