The University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Quality in Education for the Administrative Specialization
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a lecture entitled “Quality in Education for the Administrative Specialization” as part of the seventh module of the Seventh Teaching Methods Course.
The lecture aimed to introduce trainees to the concepts of quality, quality management, and its analytical tools, including checklists, the Pareto chart, and cause-and-effect analysis. It also sought to develop participants’ skills in improving teaching performance through the use of SWOT analysis and the application of the PDCA cycle in educational activities.
Delivered by Dr. Munaf Abdul Karim Mohammed and lecturer Marwa Musa Atwan, the lecture emphasized the importance of applying international quality standards to advance the level of education within Iraqi institutions.
