University of Basrah Holds Lecture on Scientific Research Methodology for Applied Specializations
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a lecture on scientific research methodology for Unit 8 of the Applied Specializations course, as part of the seventh Teaching Methods course.
The lecture aimed to highlight the importance of scientific research and the stages of establishing a research team.
The lecture, presented by Dr. Hassan Saad Shalak, covered the scientific content related to building a strong and cohesive team, the characteristics of Tuchman's model for building research teams, the stages of Tuchman's ladder for building a successful team, the hierarchy of the research team, considerations when selecting a supervisor, how to interact with a research supervisor and their qualities and characteristics, and the ethics that a scientific researcher should possess.
