University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Women Between Work and Ambition
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Women's Affairs Division, held a workshop entitled "Women Between Work and Ambition."
The workshop aimed to explore women's aspirations in the workplace and the extent to which they achieve their professional and personal goals.
The workshop, presented by Dr. Arafat Nasser Al-Youssef, included a discussion of the importance of ambition as a legitimate right for every woman striving to achieve her dreams. It also reviewed the future visions women set before entering the workforce and their compatibility with the realities of the job market.
The workshop addressed contemporary challenges in light of technological advancements and the available alternatives for enhancing opportunities for professional success.
