University of Basrah Organizes a Seminar on Psychological and Educational Preparation
The University Psychological Counseling Center at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling Division at the University of Wasit, organized an online seminar entitled "Psychological and Educational Preparation for Exams and the University's Role in Reducing Anxiety and Behavioral Crises."
The seminar aimed to enhance students' psychological and cognitive readiness before exams and reduce stress and behavioral disturbances through guidance and support services within the university.
The seminar addressed the importance of psychological and educational preparation for students during the exam period, ways to reduce anxiety, stress, and behavioral crises, and how to promote psychological stability within the university environment. It also emphasized the university's role in providing psychological and guidance support to students through awareness programs that contribute to creating a suitable learning environment conducive to success and academic excellence.
