University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Sports in the Age of Technology
The College of Law at the University of Basrah organized a workshop entitled “Sports in the Age of Advanced Technology: Toward Smart Performance and Unlimited Competitiveness.”
The workshop aimed to highlight the significant transformation brought about by technology in modern sports, where athletic competition is no longer based solely on talent and physical effort, but has increasingly come to rely on smart systems, data analysis, tracking technologies, and wearable devices.
The workshop included a lecture delivered by lecturer Mustafa Amin Sultan, who explained the impact of modern technology on the development of sports and the enhancement of athletic performance through the use of smart systems and data analysis.
