University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on the Administrative Authority’s Commitment to the Principle of Transparency
The College of Law at the University of Basrah organized a workshop entitled “The Administrative Authority’s Commitment to the Principle of Transparency: A Comparative Study.”
The workshop aimed to highlight the obligation of public administration to apply the principle of transparency in its various activities and decisions.
The workshop included a lecture delivered by faculty member Salim Naeem Khudair, who explained the legal foundation upon which the principle of transparency is based, the mechanisms for its application in the work of administrative authorities, and the role of the judiciary and legislation in ensuring respect for this principle.
