A master's thesis at the College of Law, University of Basrah, examined the role of modern technologies in the development of administrative decisions (a comparative study).
The thesis, submitted by student Thuraya Ali Falih, aims to demonstrate the legal impact of modern digital technologies on the development of electronic administrative decisions and to assess their compatibility with the principle of legality and the protection of public rights and freedoms.
The thesis comprises two chapters in which the student discusses the concept of e-government, the legal basis and judicial stance of electronic administrative decisions, as well as the role of artificial intelligence and other modern technologies in developing administrative work and the mechanisms of judicial oversight thereof.
