University of Basrah Participates in Ministerial Training Course on Personal Skills Development
Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, Director of the Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning at the University of Basrah, participated in an online training course on the development of leadership-related personal skills. The course was organized by the Psychological Research and Parapsychology Center at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The training course aimed to enhance leadership capabilities by empowering participants to make decisive decisions, improve self-control, and strengthen motivation toward achieving goals and professional success.
The course addressed a range of topics, including strategies for coping with frustration, psychological empowerment, and practical steps for maintaining focus on ambition and performance improvement.
