University of Basrah Conducts Teaching Competency Examination in Educational Sciences
The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basrah conducted the Teaching Competency Examination in Educational Sciences with the participation of a number of faculty members and applicants seeking certification for university teaching eligibility.
The examination aimed to develop the scientific and pedagogical competencies of participants and enhance their proficiency in modern teaching methodologies, thereby contributing to the improvement of higher education quality and strengthening academic communication skills within the classroom environment.
The examination covered several key areas, including teaching methods, lecture planning, and contemporary assessment techniques. It also evaluated participants’ academic and pedagogical performance skills in accordance with the standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
