A master’s thesis submitted to the College of Law at University of Basrah examined the role of the principle of legal security in ensuring the quality of financial legislation.
The thesis, presented by the student Ali Kazem Hindi, aims to clarify the contribution of the principle of legal security to enhancing the quality of financial legislation, particularly in terms of promoting the stability of legal financial rules and reducing legislative ambiguity and inconsistency.
The study is structured into two chapters, in which the researcher discusses the conceptual framework of legal security and the quality of financial legislation by defining each concept, outlining their dimensions and standards, and analyzing the relationship between them.
